1. Creating awareness and sensitization on Social Media issues.
2. Operation & Enhancement of Digital Media Assets of the Corporation which includes :

5. Respond/Acknowledge Complaints/Grievances on Social Media handles in consultation with the Competent Authority.
6. Any other objective as approved by the Patron/Director(Personnel).
